Mr. Waleid Gamal El-Dien, Chairman of the General Authority of the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE), held extensive meetings with the European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy, and with the general Director of the General Administration for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy. This is during his participation in the Egyptian economic delegation in Brussels to promote the available investment opportunities in Egypt, and to review the efforts made by Egypt and its various institutions in general, and SCZONE in particular, to create a favorable climate for investment, as well as to discuss the ongoing preparations for the investment conference scheduled to be held in Egypt this year with the participation of the European Union.
