Positioned as a promising investment area at the northern entrance of the Suez Canal, the East Port Said (EPS) industrial zone spans a total area of 63 square kilometers. This designated zone is poised to accommodate various manufacturing activities and foster the development of a wide range of industrial clusters, making it a pivotal hub for economic growth and industrial expansion in the region.

The EPS industrial zone boasts a diverse array of industries, including the electric power industry, information and communication technology (ICT) hardware, construction and building materials, engineering equipment and machinery, robotics and automation, textiles and ready-made garments, home appliances and electronics, pharmaceuticals, logistics hub and services, automotive assembly and feed industry, food processing, and small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) cluster park development. The zone is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and utilities to support its industrial activities, including a sea water desalination plant with a capacity of 150,000 cubic meters per day, a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 100,000 cubic meters per day, sewage lifting stations, and electricity transformers substations. Additionally, it offers convenient access to key population hubs, such as Port Said City, Al-Salam City, and Qantara East City, as well as proximity to Cairo, ensuring seamless connectivity and facilitating the movement of goods and services.
