The Economic Zone Utilities Company “Sczone Utilities Company” is an Egyptian joint-stock company established in 2019 with the approval of the Egyptian Cabinet. The company is a partnership between the Suez Canal Economic Zone Authority, Elsewedy Electric, and the Main Development Company (a subsidiary of the Authority).

 The Sczone Utilities Company serves as the executive arm in the areas of construction, electrical & water distribution, and management, operation, and maintenance of utilities.

To preserve the Suez Canal and its encompassing territories as a preeminent hub for economic, industrial, commercial, and logistical activity worldwide, through the establishment of a robust infrastructure that conforms to the most stringent global benchmarks, enabling the Authority to realize its objectives.
